Bahan-bahan :
– Gula
– Ubi kayu
– Garam
– Daun pandan

Cara masak :
Panaskan gula dlm kuali sehingga bertukar warna keperangan ( jgn sampai hangit ) masukkan air sebanyak mana yg kita perlu. Klau nk berkuah letak lebih, klau tak, agak2 boleh salut dgn kuantiti ubi yg nk dimasak. Masukkan sedikit garam dan daun pandan. Bila mendidih masukkan ubi kayu yg sdah direbus sampai empuk. Kacau rata. dah siap
