Assalamualaikum…Selamat pagi… akak2 semua sarapan Apa pagi ini…..roti cicah kopi ka???? kat sini ada x akak2 yang rajin nak belajar buat roti sendiri……resepi mudah saja..pastu kita boleh makan roti panas2….hmm nikmatnyaaa.. yummyy….??

Resepinya…

Bismilah…

Tepung high protein 500gm
Gula 75gm
Garam 5 gm
Yis 11gm
Premium bread improver 5gm
Marjerin 55gm
Telur 1 biji
Susu tepung 15gm
Air dicampur telur+ ais batu+ pewarna =280gm

Bahan inti: filling kaya
Topping: kelapa kering

Caranya…satukan bahan kering…kacau sebati… masukkan air…kemudian marjerin… uli sehingga adunan elestik..lembut gebuu..

Timbang setiap satu 28gm sebanyak 7 biji loyang 6″

Bulat bulatkan dan masukkan filling kaya

Tunggu naik 2xganda sapu sapuan cecair susu atas roti dan tabur kelapa kering.
Bakar suhu 165 selama 20 minit..bergantung kepada oven masing2…. Selamat memcuba.
