Bahan
230 gm butter
80 gm gula kastor
170 gm gula perang
2 biji telur
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
420 gm tpg gandum
1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
500 gm coklat cip(yg berkualiti)

Caranya
-satukan butter, gula kastor n gula perang
-kacau guna spatula sahaja
-masukkan esen vanilla n telur
-kacau2 sebati, masukkan tpg gandum n soda bikarbonat
-last sekali masukkan coklat cip gaul2 guna tangan pun blh
-susun dlm loyang.. jarak2 kan nt cookies mengembang
-bakar pada suhu 170°..selama 25@30 minit smp perang(api atas bawah)
