Terjumpa resepi sdap n simple kt fb..save dh lama smlm baru try buat. Mmg sdap! ??

Bahan ²:
Ayam (letak garam kunyit n goreng)
Bwg putih 6-8 ulas
Cili padi merah 6-8 biji ikut suka nk pdas melahar buh lah 20 bijik! Biar berasap telinga korg! Haha
Cili merah 3 biji (resepi asal xbuh nie sdri edit durhaka pd resepi asal) haha
(Bwg putih n cili nie tumbuk kasar jgn lumat)
Bwg merah 4-5 biji / 1 biji bwg bsar India (mayang)
Garam, gula, maggi ckup rasa
Mummy msak td gula tu gantikn dgn madu lg sdap!
Asam limau skit. Td guna limau nipis jer. Resepi asal guna limau kasturi.
Daun bwg/ daun kucai. Mana ² ikut suka. Xde kalu xsah buh. Haha

Cara masak:

Panaskn minyak, tumis bahan yg dh ditumbuk. Masak smpai cili tu betul ² masak kang x masak sakit perut kau! Hakak x tggjwb! ?

Dh masak cili, buh bwg bsar, buh garam, gula/madu, maggi ckup rasa. Pstu msukkn ayam yg dh digoreng td tu. Pstu perahkn asam limau skit. Siap! ?

Daun kucai sbg hiasan cuma ?
